BACKGROUND
On July 24th, 1991, a man was discovered suffering from an asthma attack in a bathroom stall at 45 South East 2nd Street in Miami, Florida. He was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he subsequently passed away two weeks later on August 14th, 1991.
According to NamUs, the man was possibly known as “Pops” or “Frank”. I cannot find much more information regarding this Doe sadly.
The victim is described as a Caucasian male between 46 to 60 years old. He weighed 167 pounds and stood at 5’8” in height. He had brown eyes and black, graying hair which was short and curly. He also had a graying moustache and stubble, as well as a 4 cm scar on the posterior aspect of his left forearm. As per the DoeNetwork, he had no natural teeth.
Looking at the address now, there is currently a parking garage/parking lot at that location. I am unsure what it may have been in 1991, if it was anything different.
