BACKGROUND
At approximately 10:30 a.m., on December 29th, 2018, two hunters discovered skeletal remains in a pasture in the 500 block of Ragle Road in Weatherford, Texas. “The remains were scattered on the southwest corner of the property in about a 50-yard radius,” Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said in a news release.” (Fort Worth Star-Telegram, 03 January 2019)
The remains were determined to be of a Hispanic or Asian woman. She was believed to have been between 25 to 35 years old and stood around 4’6” to 5’3” in height. Eye colour, hair colour/description, and weight could not be determined.
Originally, the woman was believed to have died between 9 months to two years prior. Authorities now believe she likely died sometime between 2015 and the Spring of 2018 (approximately 9 months to 3 years prior).
A bright pink waist tie, seemingly from a bath robe, was found near the remains. It cannot be confirmed that it is related, but authorities believe it may be due to the proximity.
On September 5th, 2019, the Parker County Sheriff’s Office, in a Facebook post, released a reconstruction of the woman. This post is where it is stated her likely time of death is now believed to be from 2015 to Spring of 2018. Other than a handful of articles in the first week of January 2019 (very soon after her discover), and a handful in September 2019 when the Sheriff’s Office released the reconstruction, there is not much information regarding her or her case.
